We will then facilitate gettingthe proper subcontractors to perform water removal and drying of wood floors, carpets, walls, ceilings, basements, and crawl spaces are performed to the hughest standards in the insustry. Mesa Construction will also facilitate water removal and extraction of damaged structural items. Application of mildecide, antifungal, or antimicrobial agent depending on the water source, if needed. We will then facilitate with our trained subcontractor to gecin carpt, wood floor, ceiling, wall, basement, crawl space drying, and dehumidifying. Fire Damage Restoration
Mesa Construction only hires subcontractors that use the latest technology for odor, soot, ash, and smoke removal due to fire damage and smoke damage. Fire damage restoration can be a real challenge and should be left to the professionals, and Mesa Construction will facilitate with the owner and keep the line of communication between everyone on the project to ensure all details and cost savings are being accounted for.
